Will you provide documentation?
Yes, I will. It will contain how all the pieces are connected, where you can find configuration files, passwords, which host/ip contains which applications, which port it needs to operate etc.
How secure is this?
For WEB or REST-API access you will have HTTPS. For Node to Node communication you will have TLS. For Access control you will have User/Password based authentication. For Host security I will adjust host firewall according to application's need.
