What do I need to send you to start the project?
Please provide your 2D floor plans, elevations, blueprint with dimensions (PDF, CAD, or JPEG formats work great). If you have specific color preferences, furniture styles, or reference images you like, please send those too!
Do you do both the 3D modeling and the rendering?
Yes! Unlike many gigs that only do one or the other, this gig includes both. I will build your space into a clean 3D model from your 2D drawings using SketchUp and then create the final photorealistic images using professional rendering tools.
What kind of rendering tools do you use?
I use real-time rendering engines like D5 render, Unreal Engine and Twinmotion. This allows me to create highly realistic lighting, accurate materials, and beautiful, life-like environments for your project.
Can you handle both interior and exterior designs?
Yes, I can do both! I render interior spaces (like bedrooms, kitchens, or offices) as well as exterior architectural projects (like residential houses, facades, and landscapes).
What is included in "furniture, people, and environment"?
I will fully dress your bare 3D model to make it look realistic and lived-in. This means adding modern furniture, indoor/outdoor plants, realistic lighting fixtures, cars, 3D people, and surrounding backgrounds (like skies and trees) from my asset library.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes tweaking things like material textures, colors, lighting angles, or moving furniture and landscaping around. Please note that revisions do not cover completely changing the structural architecture or layout after the 3D model has already been approved.
