I’m a UK architectural and building design specialist with 5 years of professional experience delivering accurate and practical drawings for residential and commercial projects. I have successfully completed 40+ projects, covering house extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, new builds, and property alterations. My experience includes UK building regulation drawings, building control drawings, planning permission drawings, construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detailed construction details. I also provide structural drawing support, structural design documentation, and calculations where required for building control submissions. I work with AutoCAD and industry standard drafting practices to produce clear, professional, and well-organized drawing packages. I focus on understanding each client's requirements and creating drawings that are detailed, practical, and suitable for planning and building control purposes.
