Q1: What do you need from me to get started?
To start your project, I’ll need your logo (preferably in high-quality AI, EPS, or SVG format)
Q2: Can you create the logo for me as well?
Yes! If you don’t already have a logo, I can design one before animating it. Please message me first so I can send a custom offer that includes both logo design and animation.
Q3: What if I don’t want to create or design a logo, just simple text (e.g., “LOREM”)?
Yes, that’s completely fine. If you only need simple text, there are no extra charges. However, if you want your text professionally styled or designed, additional charges will apply based on the complexity.
Q4: I have only PNG or JPG format for my logo. Can you still animate it?
PNG file can be used, but please note that the animation quality may not be as sharp or clean compared to vector formats (AI, EPS, or SVG). Vector files always produce the best results.
Q5: Can you vectorize my logo from JPG/PNG to AI, EPS, or SVG format?
Absolutely, 100% yes! I can professionally convert your logo into a clean vector file. Additional charges will apply depending on the complexity of your design.
Q6: I see many of your logo animations are in a black and gold theme, but my brand colors are different. Can you change the colors?
Yes, of course! The color scheme can be fully customized to match your brand identity or personal preference 100% flexibility.
Q7: In what format will I receive the final animation?
You’ll receive the final video in MP4 (Full HD or 4K). If you need other formats such as MOV, WEBM, or with transparent background (Alpha), I can provide that as well.
Q8: How long will it take to complete my order?
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the animation. Most projects are completed within 24 hours, and express delivery is available if needed.
Q9: Can I use my 3D logo animation for YouTube intros, brand videos, or ads?
Of course! You’ll receive a video that you can use anywhere such as YouTube, social media, ads, presentations, or brand intros.
Q10: Do you use templates or create animations from scratch?
