DripTell (driptell.com) is an omnichannel customer support and WhatsApp automation platform I worked on as a full project build — from core architecture through to a production-ready SaaS product. The platform brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, TikTok, SMS, and web chat into a single shared team inbox, layered with AI agents, CRM and lead management, drip campaigns, and human handoff logic. I worked across the stack: backend systems handling multi-channel message routing and webhooks, integrations with the WhatsApp Business API (as a Meta Tech Partner), CRM/lead pipeline logic, and the automation/workflow engine that lets teams build customer journeys without losing context when a conversation moves between channels. A core technical challenge was keeping one unified customer record across every channel and touchpoint — messages, calls, orders, and payments all needed to resolve back to a single conversation thread, which required careful data modeling and real-time sync across integrated third-party systems (Shopify, Stripe, Zoho CRM, Zapier). This was one of my most complete full-stack builds — genuine SaaS product engineering, not just a feature add-on.
