Hi, I’m Alex. I am a college English professor, professional writing tutor, and award-winning poet with over a decade of experience in the writing world. I’m currently a PhD candidate in English at St. John’s University, where I was awarded a doctoral fellowship. In 2018, I received my MFA in creative writing from Queens College, with a focus on poetry. I have taught English, composition, and creative writing at the college level for the past 6 years.
