What information do I need to provide?
Names of both parties, nature of the confidential information, purpose of disclosure, preferred jurisdiction, and duration of confidentiality. I'll send you a short intake form after you order.
Can you draft a mutual NDA?
Yes. A mutual NDA (where both parties share confidential information) is available under the Standard and Premium packages.
Which countries' laws do you cover?
