I have worked in community development and training for over 10 years. Mentoring individuals as well as staff and organisation management boards. I have a strong background in building strategy based on a bigger purpose as well as working with people to figure out what the bigger purpose is. Together we will identify the priorities and make achievable and strategic plans to make it happen.
