Major responsibilities: 1. Heading and Directing Grants, Accounts and Administration/HR 2. Ensure and guide Programs and non-Program staff to follow standard procedures and comply rules /policies of the organization, donors and Govt, and ensure financial operations comply with legal and statutory requirements. 3. Leading Grants Management Team and ensure efficient partnership and sub-award management, guide Grants Team for DDA(due diligence assessment) after primary selection of partners, signing DoA (deed of agreement) after final selection, disburse funds, monitor proper utilization of funds, review partners financial management compliance and practices, and establish control to combat fiduciary risks, fraud and corruption. 4. Lead Accounts team and ensure an effective and efficient system of internal controls and balance sheet review for smooth functioning of finance and accounts, efficient and reliable reporting. Ensuring financial systems are operating in line with standard procedures and they meet the monitoring and reporting requirements of the Country Management Team, Donors and National Authorities. 5. Lead HR /Admin team to ensure efficient and effective management of Procurement, Recruitment, Payroll processing, Vehicles operations, Office security, Staff time management, safeguarding of store and assets, etc. 6. Follow up with Admin for regular monitoring of NGOAB requirements are met properly and receive fund clearance on time. 7. Develop necessary policies and regularly review policies for necessary updates, keep all staff updated with Policy changes. 8. Ensure internal and external audits are conducted as per the requirements of management, donors or statutory bodies, submit audit reports in time, take remedial actions for implementation on recommendations. 9. Identify fiduciary risk, reputational risk, strategic risk and other risks of partners and internal staff through internal audit and regular financial monitoring.
