What is your process for designing and developing a website?
OUR DESIGN PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Design 2. Review 3. Approval 4. Development( changes to UI are not allowed and attract extra fees at this stage) 5. Optimization and bug fixing 6. Presentation 7. Hand-off
How long does it typically take to complete a website design project?
It all depends on the size of the project as projects can take as far as a week to 3 months. Project size, scope and features determine the length of a project
How do you ensure that the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate?
We have strict adherence to laid down website design principles and guidelines and do not try experiments with our client's business. We only use third party services that are tested recognized worldwide for website development and design.
What is your approach to search engine optimization (SEO)?
Some clients depend on SEO for visibility and some don't. However, we make sure you website has solid appeal for search engine crawlers and bots so that you are index correctly which is the foundation of any SEO campaign present or future.
What is your policy on making changes or updates to the website after it is launched?
Before starting any project, we thoroughly discuses the length of free support that we can provide after launch. Please note that added new features is not considered support.
