I offer only modeling and rendering photos for residential, institutional and public buildings in small to medium large scale buildings . Animation will be having extra charges. I invest my quality time to do precise modeling & renderings for every single detail and i enjoy it
Based on your building ideas sketches or CAD dwg I will:
Create 3D modeling in Sketchup or blender
Renders killer perspective views

Yes, 3 free of charge revision will be offered and additional charges for 4th revision and above
What do i need to provide to get modeling services?
1)Sketches of the building appearances or CAD drawing is even better 2)Provide me floor plan in sketches or CAD drawing 3)Tell me more about the materials used for the building appearances. 4)Provide me mood photos you wish me to achieve in the renderings (eg colorful lighting ambiences) (OPTIONAL)
