Hello there!
My name is Andrey Velkov. I live in Sofia, Bulgaria and have been working as a musician for more than 10 years. I graduated from the Bulgarian National Music Academy in 2015 and have been working on different projects and as a teacher ever since. My main instrument is the drum set but I play lots of different percussion instruments such as Bendir, Darbuka, Bodhran and some other percussion instruments on lower level of expertise. I'm playing in different projects based in Sofia, in a variety of music styles.

As one of the few drummers on here with a marching band understanding, it was good to work with him, he was very talented, and was eager to learn a more Scottish style of playing. Very professional and open-minded.
