This company managed 200+ rental units and was drowning in maintenance requests sent via text, email, and voicemail. They needed a central hub. I built a "Tenant Portal" using Softr and Airtable. I designed the Airtable backend to track "Units," "Tenants," and "Maintenance Tickets." On the Softr frontend, I created a secure login system. When a tenant logged in, they could only see their specific lease details. I built a form for reporting issues (e.g., "Leaky Faucet") that allowed them to upload photos directly from their phone. The real power was in the automation. When a ticket was submitted with the urgency level "High" (like a water leak), an automation immediately SMS-blasted the on-call plumber. I also built a "Landlord View" where the property owners could log in to see financial reports and occupancy rates without seeing the gritty details of every maintenance request. It turned a chaotic phone-tag system into a streamlined, silent operation. The client had a fragmented tech stack: Teachable for courses, ConvertKit for email, and circle.so for community. They needed these to talk to each other seamlessly. I acted as the integration engineer using Zapier and webhooks. My main task was syncing user data. When a student finished a course in Teachable, they wanted to automatically unlock a specific "Alumni" space in Circle and send a congratulations certificate via email. I used webhooks to catch the "Course Completion" event and route the data accordingly. I also built a "Churn Prevention" system. If a subscription payment failed in Stripe, I set up a sequence that revoked their Circle access temporarily and sent a "Update Payment" link via SMS. Once paid, access was instantly restored. I had to write some custom Javascript in Zapier to format the dates correctly between the different platforms. The result was a unified student experience where permissions updated in real-time without manual admin intervention. My workflow involved generating 5-second clips based on the client's storyboard. I had to refine the prompts extensively to maintain character consistency across different shots—a common challenge with AI video. I used Veo 3's advanced camera control features to simulate drone shots and rack focus effects that looked cinematic. Once the raw AI clips were generated, I upscaled them and composited them in Premiere Pro, adding grain and color grading to remove the "AI sheen." I also integrated these video assets into their social strategy. I created a series of 15 vertical short-form videos using Sora 2's "extend video" feature, turning a single static image of their product into a dynamic 10-second animation. The campaign launched with zero physical filming days, saving the client 80% of their budget while delivering 4K broadcast-ready visuals.
