I worked on the 3D development of a compact electronic control device designed to house multiple connectors, control components, and an integrated user interface within a single enclosure. The project required a balance between the technical layout of the hardware and a clean, practical external form. I started by studying the product requirements and planning how the different components could be arranged around the main enclosure. Particular attention was given to the positioning of the front control panel, display area, buttons, side connections, and multiple external connectors so that the overall design remained organized and accessible. I then developed the enclosure as a detailed 3D model, refining the proportions, corner transitions, mounting areas, panel layout, and component openings. The internal and external arrangement was considered together to make sure the housing could accommodate the required hardware while maintaining a compact appearance. One of the more important parts of the project was working around the numerous connectors extending from the enclosure. Their placement and orientation had to feel intentional while still leaving enough space for users to access them easily. After refining the model, I prepared the design for presentation with detailed visual views showing the enclosure, controls, connectors, and overall product form. Feedback was incorporated throughout the process until the design reached a clear and presentable stage.

I have worked with clients on the development of consumer and smart device concepts, helping turn early ideas into clear and well developed 3D product designs. Projects have ranged from connected devices and electronic enclosures to compact consumer products that required both a clean exterior and carefully planned internal space. I typically begin by reviewing the client’s references, sketches, technical information, or existing product and identifying the key design requirements. I then explore the product shape and layout before developing the concept into a detailed 3D model. A major part of my work is making sure the design works around the technology inside it. I consider PCB placement, sensors, wiring, batteries, charging ports, buttons, screens, mounting points, and access areas while developing the housing and external form. This helps reduce design conflicts later in the development process. Once the model is refined, I create realistic product renders and supporting visuals that can be used for presentations, product discussions, prototypes, or further engineering development. I also make revisions based on testing, feedback, and changes in the product requirements. I enjoy working at the point where industrial design and technology meet, creating products that look polished while still making sense from a practical development perspective.
