What types of commercial spaces do you design?
I design a variety of commercial interiors, including beauty salons, spas, boutiques, offices, studios, reception areas, service businesses, retail spaces, cafés, and other small commercial environments. Please contact me if you are unsure whether your project fits this Gig.
Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering so I can review the project size, required deliverables, available drawings, and design complexity. Projects that exceed the package limits may require a custom offer.
What information do you need to begin the project?
I need accurate measurements, ceiling height, photographs or videos, an existing floor plan or sketch, a list of required areas, furniture and equipment information, style references, and any relevant brand guidelines.
What happens if I do not have a professional floor plan?
You may provide a clear hand-drawn sketch with complete measurements, photographs, and videos of the space. The accuracy of the final design will depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.
Can you design a space larger than the package limit?
Yes. Larger or more complex projects can be completed through a custom offer. Please send me the total area, floor plan, project type, and required deliverables so I can prepare an appropriate quotation.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the approved design direction, such as furniture placement, colors, materials, or minor design elements. A complete redesign, a new concept, major layout changes, or changes caused by new client information are not considered regular revisions
Can I change the design after approving the concept or layout?
Minor adjustments are possible within the revisions included in your package. Major changes requested after the concept, layout, or 3D model has been approved may require an additional fee and delivery extension.
Are technical drawings included?
Technical drawings are included only when specifically listed in the selected package or custom offer. The Basic package focuses on space planning, while higher packages may include floor plans, finish plans, furniture layouts, and selected interior elevations.
Are construction or permit drawings included?
No. This Gig provides interior design documentation and visual presentation drawings. Permit drawings, structural calculations, engineering documents, stamped drawings, and locally licensed professional services are not included.
Will you provide editable source files?
Editable source files are not automatically included unless they are listed in the selected package or purchased as an additional service. Final deliverables are generally provided in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. PREMIUM WILL BE HAVE DWG OR RVT
