Founded and operated an independent coaching and wellness business providing supportive, client-centered coaching focused on mental wellbeing, emotional wellness, self-awareness, confidence, self-care, stress, grief, negative thinking, and personal growth. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and training in CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), grief and bereavement, and NLP, I combine psychological knowledge with practical coaching strategies to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and challenges and work toward meaningful life changes. Over the years, my work expanded beyond coaching into writing, psychology education, and professional resource design. I create guided journals, workbooks, worksheets, planners, affirmation cards, study guides, and self-help resources for individuals, coaches, psychologists, social workers, educators, and other helping professionals. I have designed 100+ journals and books, worked with almost 200 clients, and received 100+ positive reviews across my freelance work. My resources have been created for personal use, professional client work, and commercial platforms, including KDP, Etsy, and digital marketplaces. I also have experience writing about psychology and mental health.
