I'm Kaitlyn, an operations consultant with 15+ years turning tangled processes into ones people can actually rely on. I run AMP Services, a division of KP Trainers, helping small and growing businesses with sourcing and procurement, process design and documentation, HR, compliance, and daily operations management. Previously: 12 years at consulting firms (HR, finance, technologies and administrative governance), then revenue management in the nonprofit space.
