Led end-to-end Go-To-Market execution for an AI SaaS startup, bridging strategy with hands-on implementation across outbound, CRM, and community-led growth. Designed and implemented a full GTM system including ICP definition, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel acquisition strategy aligned with real customer pain signals. Built and optimized the entire CRM infrastructure in HubSpot, including custom pipelines, lifecycle stage mapping, and tailored contact and deal properties to track the customer journey from first touch to conversion. Integrated outbound workflows using Apollo and HubSpot, enabling automated lead routing, lifecycle-based segmentation, and trigger-based follow-ups to ensure the right message is delivered at the right stage. Developed outbound messaging systems (email, LinkedIn, community content) grounded in real market insights, supported by structured A/B testing and continuous iteration. Led a community-first GTM approach by identifying and engaging high-signal audiences across Facebook and Reddit, capturing real customer language, and translating insights into a dynamic pain heatmap to guide positioning and content strategy. Created scalable GTM assets including messaging libraries, agent-to-pain frameworks, and execution playbooks used across marketing, sales, and onboarding.
