Can you use my own stages, services and fields?
Yes. Tell me your own stages, services, lanes or fields and I will build around them. Anything outside the package scope, I will tell you before you order.
Do I need Excel skills to use it?
No. You pick stages and tags from dropdowns and type in your deals. The totals, forecast and dashboard update on their own. I also include simple notes so your team knows what to touch.
Can it work in my currency?
Yes. Tell me your currency and I will set it up. Deal values and forecasts will show in it. I do not convert currencies automatically, so mixed currency deals need a simple rule we agree on first.
Can I add my own services, lanes or tags later?
Yes. The tag lists sit in one place, so you can add or rename services, sources and stages yourself. I will show you how in the notes, so you do not need to pay me for small changes.
Can my whole sales team use it at the same time?
Yes, if we build it in Google Sheets. Several people can update it together and see changes live. Excel files can be shared too, but only one person should edit at a time.
Why a spreadsheet and not a CRM?
A CRM can cost monthly fees and take weeks to learn. A good spreadsheet is cheap, fast to set up and easy for any team to use. It is a great start, and you can move to a CRM later.
Can you import my existing leads?
Yes. Send your lead list as a sheet or CSV and I will clean it up and load it in the format your pipeline needs. Bigger lists or messy data may need the import add-on.
