Urban Thread had strong customer acquisition but low repeat purchases. I conducted a full Klaviyo audit, optimizing automated flows like Welcome Series, Browse Abandonment, and Cart Recovery. Integrated Shopify for personalized product recommendations, dynamic cross-sell blocks, and behavioral-based segmentation. Repeat purchase revenue increased by 33%, and Klaviyo-driven sales grew by 39% within four months.

The brand lacked a structured post-purchase experience, missing opportunities to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value. Customers completed a purchase but were not guided back into the buying journey. I built a Klaviyo post-purchase campaign focused on affirmation-based messaging, reinforcing the customer’s decision while introducing complementary products through curated recommendations and seamless CTAs. This led to a 44% open rate, 10.1% CTR, and a 28% increase in repeat purchase rate, with a noticeable lift in cross-sell revenue within the first days.

The brand had traffic coming in but struggled with low first-time conversions due to weak onboarding and lack of trust-building within the first interaction. I built a Klaviyo welcome flow focused on strong social proof, clear product benefits, and a compelling first-purchase incentive. The flow guided new subscribers from curiosity to action using structured messaging and a clean conversion path. This resulted in a 47% open rate, 12.3% CTR, and a 31% increase in first-time conversions, with a noticeable lift in checkout completions within the first few days.
