Joined Local Optics as the first employee, initially handling a range of business and operational tasks as the company grew. As the business grew, I gradually took on more responsibility and specialized as a Content Manager while continuing to support broader operational needs. Managed spreadsheets, databases, documentation, and recurring workflows with a strong focus on organization and accuracy. Scheduled and published content, ensuring tasks were completed consistently and on time. Supported daily operations across content management, administration, data management, and virtual assistance. Trained and onboarded new employees, helping them learn established workflows, processes, and responsibilities. Took complete ownership of recurring responsibilities and worked effectively with minimal supervision. Built a reputation for consistency and dependability, completing responsibilities without requiring constant reminders or follow-up. Paid close attention to detail and kept manual errors to a minimum, particularly in recurring and data-related tasks. Communicated clearly with colleagues and other departments to coordinate work and keep tasks moving efficiently. Took on new initiatives and additional responsibilities as the company and team expanded. Being the first employee allowed me to see the business from the ground up and gain practical experience across several functions before specializing in content management. One of the most valuable things I developed during this time was the ability to take ownership, work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver consistently without constant supervision.
