Project Overview: I will provide expert advisory services to assist with the seamless implementation of Gusto for your business. Gusto is a comprehensive HR, payroll, and benefits platform that simplifies the management of employees, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Basic Project: I will provide a 60-minute live recorded call to walk you through the implementation of your platform and state compliance considerations.
Standard Project: I will provide a 60-minute live recorded call to walk you through the implementation of your platform and state compliance considerations AND provide HR compliance documents - including Employee Handbook, Offer Letter, and Employment Agreement.
Premium Project:
- 60-minute call to discuss your company's policies, practices, and Gusto implementation
- Configuration of time off, time and attendance, documents, payroll settings, taxes, and deductions
- Add YTD payroll information for existing employees from a previous system
- Registration for 1 US state (additional states available for a fee)
- Video walkthrough on how to hire and terminate team members in Gusto & Payroll
- HR documents - including Handbook, Offer Letter, and Employment Agreement

Can I purchase this Project for my non-USA based organization?
My experience has been only with USA based companies. While a lot of the information is transferrable to other countries, some of the compliance information is only relevant in the US.
My company operates in several US states, can you help?
Absolutely! The project includes one US state, but we can add additional states at my hourly rate. Pricing depends on whether you are already registered in the states, and can cost between $50 - $300.
Can you help implement a system that is not Gusto?
I have several years of experience working with ADP Workforce Now and Rippling, however these systems would be separate projects and scopes. Send me a message to learn more.
I've already started implementing, can you still help?
Absolutely! With the basic and standard projects, I will walk you through my Gusto implementation checklist, best practice, and state and federal compliance. With the Premium Project I will jump in where you left off.
