Hi, I'm Alias Derek, a composer and songwriter focused on creating original music inspired by stories. I turn the emotions, characters, themes and atmosphere of books into songs with their own identity. Together with my partner James Geoffery, I work with authors who want something different for a book launch, social media campaign, character, romance, trailer or series. We can work from a blurb, synopsis or story concept to develop the musical direction, lyrics and finished song.
