A Fiverr client approached me with a concept for a mechanical robotic arm prototype that required full CAD development from sketch to assembly-ready model. The initial challenge was incomplete design specifications and unclear motion constraints, which made it difficult to establish accurate kinematic relationships between joints. To resolve this, I initiated a structured requirement breakdown process, converting conceptual sketches into measurable CAD parameters. Using SolidWorks, I built a fully parametric 3D model with defined joint constraints and motion paths.
