I'm a professional UE4/5 programmer who will develop anything you need.
Besides that, you will be provided a repository where the game will be uploaded, and get updates of any progress done.
Discord or Skype calls also accepted.
No art is provided, only programming, placeholders for models and simple GUI elements.
Here's some help for which package is the most suitable for you:
Basic Game:
This package is for very simple game mechanics. For example, a simple shooter game with one pistol and one enemy, few pickups and a few HUD elements.
Standard Game:
This package is for more complex games/prototypes, including some advanced gameplay mechanics and multiplayer support using Steam. You can use this package for a game like zombie survival, including multiple weapons, scores and puzzles.
Premium Game:
This package is the best option for big games/prototypes, including any advanced mechanics you might need, and multiplayer support. You would use this package to develop a prototype similar to PUBG, or a full game like Subway Surfers for android.

Yes, all projects can be broken down into smaller milestones.
Do you provide a detailed estimation document?
Yes, all projects that require more than a few additions or fixes are estimated in a document in detail with the hours required and the total price.
Do you comment and document your code?
All code is commented and/or documented to understand the logic and easily adjust it or expand on it.
Do you also do bug fixes or small additions besides complete systems?
Yes, I also provide bug fixes and small additions to your game.
Is the price based completely on the gameplay time?
No, most projects are estimated based on hours required to complete, and the package prices are some simple prototype examples.
