Über mich
From California, Kentucky, and Texas, I am currently a PhD student in English literature at Emory University. A recipient of a Fulbright grant, I hold an MA in English Literature at the University of Leeds, and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Mississippi, where I was awarded the Bondurant Prize in poetry. I am an alumna of Barbican Young Poets. I've competed at UniSlam UK on the University of Leeds team in 2023, finishing second, and was named a finalist for the William S. Robe Playwriting Residency.
