Managing and coordinating daily warehouse and shipping operations in a fast-paced fresh food environment. Responsible for coordinating loading processes, a team of 6–8 employees and the dispatch of up to 30–40 trucks per day. Preparing CMR and shipping documents, monitoring expiry dates (MHD), managing stock availability and reservations, and working with SAP. My focus is on keeping warehouse and shipping processes organized, accurate and running efficiently under real daily operating conditions.

I started at Fressnapf in 2007 as an order picker and continuously developed into positions with greater responsibility. Over more than 12 years, I gained hands-on experience across the complete warehouse process – order picking, forklift operations, goods receiving, inventory and quantity control, goods dispatch, loading and shipping. Later, I was responsible for coordinating a team of 8–10 employees in goods receiving. My tasks included organizing daily workflows, checking incoming goods, defining pallet standards, calculating pallet quantities, dimensions and weights, labeling and ensuring correct warehouse processes. This experience gave me a practical understanding of warehouse logistics from goods receiving to final dispatch and became the foundation for my later qualification as a Certified Logistics Master (Geprüfter Logistikmeister IHK).
