Led AI and workflow automation for FisiomSalud, the largest Spanish-speaking physiotherapy school. Built business process automations with n8n and Make.com that took repetitive work off their team and made their operations faster and more reliable. Added AI to the workflows: email classification, support request classification, and complex decision-making steps that keep a human in the loop where it matters. Built custom MCP servers (Model Context Protocol) that give their AI agents access to sales and ad spend data, so they can cross-reference revenue against marketing performance in one place. Integrated their stack through APIs: Meta Ads API, Instagram API, Facebook API, Brevo API, with backend and internal tools on Supabase, Lovable and Google Cloud. Still their trusted technology partner today, providing ongoing support and new automations as they grow.
