Not always. In some cases, screenshots, error messages, logs, or configuration details are enough for an initial assessment. For deeper troubleshooting or direct fixes, access may be required
Can you guarantee that every issue will be fixed?
I always aim to identify the root cause and provide the best practical solution possible. However, some issues may depend on external systems, missing access, or larger architectural constraints. The Basic package is mainly intended for diagnosis and review
What should I send before you start?
