I have many years of experience, running and moderating discord servers my first server, grew to around 1500 members I credit this to the engaging design of the server. I also have a good knowledge of how to get the most out of bots and which ones are easy for users to use.

The short answer is no your server won't gain members because I designed it. If all you want is server members I recommend paying a giveaway server to advertise your server for you. what I do is design a fun engaging server for users. so once you build a community people will want to stay in it.
