Integrate schedules for 3,000-plus work packages and forecast labor and budget out to 15 years. Monitor cost, budget, schedule, and manpower against the contract. Run EVMS variance review and maintain a CPI tracker built for cost visibility. Negotiate with the customer and recommend the correction: schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements. Advise senior management. Coordinate engineering, the PMO, and production. The buyer sees the plan. The yard file stays at the yard.
