Upcoming IPOs are described in long, complex RHP documents that take hours to read manually. This project automates the process. It pulls the initial IPO data from an API, downloads the matching RHP document, and uses a LangGraph-based pipeline with LLM prompts to extract structured information, which is then displayed on a website for quick review. Data extracted: Price band, issue size and issue price Peer comparison Key performance indicators (KPIs) IPO timeline and key dates Issue reservation (category-wise allocation) Company overview and company logo How it works: Fetch the list of upcoming IPOs and basic details from an API Download the RHP document for each IPO Run a LangGraph workflow that splits the document, locates the relevant sections and uses LLM prompts to extract each data field into structured output Validate the extracted data and store it Display it on a website in a clear, structured layout
