Blockchain Intern | Kaifoundary (in collaboration with ICP HUB India) Worked on the design and development of USDB (Bithold), a decentralized Bitcoin-backed stablecoin built on the Internet Computer ecosystem. The project aimed to create a transparent, secure, and scalable stable asset by leveraging Bitcoin’s value with advanced blockchain infrastructure. Contributed to architecting a decentralized custody model using Distributed Key Generation and threshold signatures to eliminate reliance on centralized intermediaries. Designed the minting and redemption mechanisms using ICP canisters, ensuring efficient and programmable asset issuance. Integrated cross-chain interoperability through Omnity, enabling seamless interaction between Bitcoin and the Internet Computer network. Actively participated in defining core protocol components, including stability mechanisms, collateral management, and DAO-based governance to ensure long-term sustainability and decentralization. Collaborated with the team on research, system design, and documentation, culminating in a detailed whitepaper outlining the protocol’s architecture and vision. Gained hands-on experience in blockchain architecture, smart contract logic, decentralized finance (DeFi) principles, and cross-chain systems, while working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
