What information do you need before starting?
I need a description of the business process, intended users, target application, expected outcome and number of screens or steps. Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm the appropriate package.
Do I need an existing WalkMe account?
Yes. You must have an active, licensed WalkMe account and provide authorised access to an appropriate development or test environment.
Can you work with SAP SuccessFactors?
Yes. I have enterprise HR-platform experience and can build WalkMe guidance for SuccessFactors processes such as Home Page Tour, Leave, personal information, learning, performance, recruitment and onboarding.
What WalkMe items can you create?
I can create and optimise: - Smart Walk-Thrus - SmartTips - Launchers - ShoutOuts - Surveys - Resources - ActionBot conversations - Segments and display conditions
Can you fix an existing WalkMe item?
Yes. I can troubleshoot broken steps, incorrect element selection, display-rule issues, unclear instructions and user-journey problems. Please share the issue before ordering so I can assess its complexity.
Do you provide testing?
Yes. All packages include an appropriate level of functional testing. Standard and Premium packages can include test scenarios, results and supporting documentation.
Will you publish directly to Production?
Production publishing is not included by default. I recommend building and testing in a non-production environment first. Production publishing can be included only with explicit approval, suitable access and an agreed change process.
Do you offer ActionBot development?
Yes. I can design and build ActionBot conversations, including messages, questions, choices, branching and connections to relevant Smart Walk-Thrus. API integrations require a separate assessment.
Can you document our existing WalkMe content?
Yes. I can create a content register, build specifications, process maps, test cases, governance documents and maintenance instructions.
How are revisions handled?
Revisions cover reasonable changes within the original agreed scope. New processes, additional steps, changed requirements or extra user journeys may require a Gig Extra or custom offer.
