Do I need to have my products ready before ordering?
No. You can order now and send me your product info (names, descriptions, images) during the project. I'll build the store structure first and upload your products once you send them.
Do you work with dropshipping stores?
Yes. I've built 200+ stores including both physical product brands and dropshipping. If you're dropshipping, let me know your supplier (Spocket, Zendrop, etc.) so I can configure the store to match your fulfillment setup.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just 3 things: your product info (or a link to where they're listed), your logo/branding (if you have one), and 1–2 stores you like for design reference. I'll handle everything else.
Will my store be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Every store I build is mobile-first. I test on iPhone, Android, and desktop before delivery. If something looks off on any device, I fix it before you receive the store.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
Yes. Basic includes 3 days, Standard includes 7 days, Premium includes 14 days of free post-launch support. After that, I offer hourly support at a discounted rate for existing clients.
