I oversee the creative direction across branding, product design, and digital media. My role centers on defining the visual and structural identity of projects—setting standards for how brands are presented, how products are designed, and how content is experienced across platforms. For video and YouTube content, I control the creative framework, including formatting, visual flow, intros, pacing, and overall presentation. This ensures consistency, clarity, and a recognizable identity across all releases. I also lead creative decisions for website design, user experience, and layout, aligning visuals with brand strategy and audience expectations. In addition to hands-on creative leadership, I manage cross-functional teams, including editors, writers, and production staff. I oversee workflow coordination, production tracking, and quality control to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to delivery. I also integrate AI into the creative process by developing structured creative blueprints, visual guidelines, and prompt frameworks that support scalable, high-quality output while maintaining creative consistency and intent.
