Yes, with supported integrations. Premium includes one agreed CRM or calendar connection. More complex actions, additional systems, multi-step transactions, and custom API development may require a separate quote.
Does the agent support multiple languages or custom voices?
ElevenLabs offers different voice and language capabilities, depending on the selected model and plan. We can select an appropriate available voice and test the required languages. Custom voice can be considered as well if needed.
What happens if a caller asks something the AI cannot handle?

You'll control the client-owned accounts and receive the custom configuration and documentation included in your order. I'll fix implementation defects reported within 7 days; ongoing monitoring and improvements are separate services.
