How fast can you start?
Message me before ordering to check availability. I am in Pakistan (UTC+5) and can usually start within a few hours during my working day.
What if you cannot fix it?
I will tell you honestly and early. If the problem turns out to be your ISP, faulty hardware or outside my scope, I will explain what I found and what to ask your vendor. I would rather refund than pretend.
Do you need remote access to my devices?
Usually yes, via SSH, web UI, TeamViewer or AnyDesk. If your security policy does not allow that, we can do a screen-share where you drive and I guide each step.
