Every decision trace width, via count, copper weight, substrate choice (FR-4 vs. MCPCB), and driver placement is calculated for your exact current, duty cycle, and ambient conditions. I engineer for reliability, not just connectivity.


My high power workflow:

1️ Thermal and electrical spec alignment (forward current, duty cycle, ambient temp, enclosure)

2️ Substrate selection guidance (FR-4 for <1W, MCPCB for 3W+, flex for curved mounts)

3️ Layout with thermal vias, copper pours, and driver IC heat spreading
