Do you have a work portfolio?
Yes, I have a work portfolio including all my works during my 12 years of experience and will send to upon request. A portfolio is the designer's passport!
What if I'm unsatisfied with your work?
Simply, if you were unsatisfied you can request for modifications. Once you consumed your reversions you can order an extra revision for a $5 only. However if you still unsatisfied our policy includes a 100% money back guarantee!
Are there any requirements, regarding the drawings files sent to you?
Yes, I prefer CAD files and to be entirely and correctly made, elevations are matching each other, and also matching the floor plans. Delete unwanted drawings, layers, blocks, or frames. Keep the drawing clean! I don't accept PDF/JPEG drawing.
If the order marked as complete after receiving the delivery, and then after several days or so I want to make modifications should I order again??
No, I offer a significant discount on modifications after delivery with no time window. Contact me to get a custom quote. Again, do not waste your money!
Do you deliver the source file for all packages?
Yes, the source file for all packages can be delivered.
How do I communicate material and color preferences?
Share reference images, color swatches, or material names. I match textures, hues, and finishes precisely for elevations and plans.
Can you match a specific architectural rendering style?
Absolutely. Provide example images of your preferred aesthetic—minimalist, watercolor, realistic, or diagrammatic—and I will replicate it.
Do you provide layered PSD files for future edits?
Yes. Layered PSD source files are available as an extra. This allows you or your team to make future adjustments easily.
What resolution will my final rendered drawings be?
I deliver high-resolution files suitable for printing (300 DPI) and digital presentations. Custom sizes available upon request.
How do I place an order for custom rendering work?
Please contact me first with your drawing files and requirements. I'll review and confirm the best package for your architectural project.
