I hired this seller and was on a tight deadline that the seller agreed to. The seller promised me a draft of the proposal a couple of days before the due date and never delivered the draft nor did the seller give me updates. The seller simply stopped responding. The system noted that the order was...

First off, the seller wrote a proposal for a Trucking Logistics company. (We are a consulting govt contracting firm that does admin jobs) Two, the proposal wasn’t even related to the RFP. As an actual buyer, I urge anyone not to buy from this vendor. Best of luck in your RFP outsourcing. We missed a submission date because of him.
