I have over 11 years of experience in the customer service/Tech support industry. I have worked with several US-based companies, such as AT&T, Sprint, and Ford Motor Credit. I have developed strong planning and organizational skills coupled with an in-depth analytical approach to problem management. I'm currently with ( IBS )Isys Business Solutions, which is a US-based company that deals with voice and data sales and support. As the Senior Project Manager, I'm responsible for the installation and configuration of Various IP-PBXs such as FreePBX, Grandstream UCM62xx and 63xx series, 3CX, Allworx, Yeastar, NEC, and more.
