A: Primarily QuickBooks Online, but I also have experience with Desktop. Let me know which version you use and I'll confirm before we start.
Q: My books are months behind — can you catch me up?
A: Yes, that's a common request. Send me your bank statements and current software access, and I'll review the backlog and give you an accurate timeline before we begin — no guessing.
Q: Can you also help with my tax filing, not just bookkeeping?
A: Yes. As an IRS-registered U.S. tax preparer, I can structure your books to be tax-ready and support your filing directly. This is included in the Premium package or available as an add-on.
Q: Is my financial data secure with you?
A: Yes. I sign NDAs on request and never share, store beyond the project, or reuse client financial data. Confidentiality is standard practice for me, not an extra.
Q: What if I don't know which package fits my business?
A: Message me first with your software, rough monthly transaction count, and how far behind (if at all) you are. I'll recommend the right tier — I'd rather scope it correctly than have you order the wrong package.
