What's included in a Wix website redesign?
A Wix website redesign means I rebuild your existing site's layout, visuals, and structure while keeping your content — your text, images, and branding stay intact, just presented better. This is different from a brand-new Wix website design, which starts from a blank page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the package: Basic (1 page) takes 1 day, Standard (up to 5 pages) takes 5 days, and Premium (up to 8 pages, plus SEO and speed optimization) takes 7 days. These timelines start once I've received your content, brand assets, and site access — delays on those can shift delivery.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. A revision covers layout, design, and content placement adjustments within the original scope — not a full new design direction or added pages, which would fall outside the package.
Do I need to give you access to my Wix account?
Yes, I'll need Editor access to your Wix or Wix Studio site to make design changes — not full account ownership, and never your billing or domain login. You can add me as a collaborator directly from your Wix dashboard, and remove that access once the project is complete.
Can you redesign a Wix Studio website specifically?
Yes. I work in both the classic Wix Editor and Wix Studio, and as a Certified Wix Partner I'm familiar with the structural differences between them — including how Wix Studio handles responsive breakpoints, which is a common source of broken mobile layouts after a redesign.
Do you write new website copy or just redesign the layout?
This gig is design-focused, so copywriting isn't included by default. I'll redesign your wix website using your existing text and images. If you'd like new copy, product descriptions, or SEO-optimized content written as part of the project, message me before ordering.
Will my Wix online store or booking system still work after the redesign?
Yes — functionality like your Wix online store, payment setup, or booking system is preserved during a redesign; I'm changing the design layer, not removing working features. If you want new eCommerce or booking functionality added as part of the project, that's included in Standard and Premium pack
What if I'm not sure whether I need Basic, Standard, or Premium?
Message me your current site link before ordering and I'll tell you honestly which package fits — no upselling to a bigger package than you need. As a general guide: Basic suits a single landing or homepage refresh, Standard suits a full small-business site, and Premium suits larger site.
How do you communicate during the project?
I respond to messages within 1 hour during active work hours and provide progress updates at each major milestone rather than going silent until delivery. If anything in your Wix website redesign needs clarification — missing content, unclear brand direction — I'll flag it immediately.
Do you offer support after the project is delivered?
Premium includes 7 days of post-delivery support for small fixes or adjustments after launch. Basic and Standard don't include this by default, but minor issues directly related to my redesign work (not new requests) are addressed at no extra cost. For ongoing maintenance, message me.
