This legal advice covers one German-law contract within the selected document scope. One revision of my deliverable is included. Package options distinguish a written risk assessment and recommended changes; an assessment with an editable redline; and additional consultation with a bounded review of one counterparty revision.
The review focuses on your agreed concerns, such as payment, performance, liability, termination and dispute provisions. You receive practical explanations and recommended amendments rather than a generic checklist.
