I appreciate Daniel being willing to listen, and to make changes on the fly. I feel that he has listened to what I want and does his best to see that it happens. He is a great communicator, although sometimes he may communicate too much. This process wasn't as hands off as I thought it would be but it wasn't overly complicated.
