I started my professional journey in U.S. healthcare credentialing at PRG, where I developed a strong foundation in provider enrollment, credentialing, and insurance processes. As an entry-level Credentialing Executive, I gained practical experience in managing provider information, preparing documentation, and supporting credentialing applications. Key Responsibilities * Assisted with provider credentialing and enrollment for U.S. healthcare providers. * Worked on CAQH profile updates and maintenance. * Assisted with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment. * Verified provider demographics, licenses, NPI, and other credentialing information. * Prepared and reviewed credentialing documents for accurate submission. * Followed up with insurance payers regarding application status and missing information. * Maintained credentialing records and tracked application progress. * Assisted with recredentialing and provider demographic updates. * Communicated with internal teams and providers to collect required information.
