I build automations that save small businesses time on repetitive work. I connect n8n, Zapier, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot and Zendesk so leads, support tickets and tasks move on their own. Last month, I started this internship with real experience but no formal PM title. Today, I’m closing that chapter with something solid to show for it. Over the course of the internship, I worked through real project challenges, applying frameworks like Agile, Scrum, risk management, and stakeholder mapping to actual problems, not just case studies. I learned to prioritize under pressure, communicate clearly across a team instead of solo, and handle the kind of scope and change-management decisions that look simple in theory but get messy in practice. The final presentation pulled it all together, a chance to walk through the problems I worked on, how I approached them, and what I’d do differently with what I know now. What this internship gave me wasn’t just a certificate. It was proof to myself, and now to anyone reviewing my profile that I can walk into a structured PM environment, take on real problems, and deliver.
