I provide professional manual QA and mobile app testing services for Android and iOS, focusing on functional testing, usability, compatibility, real-user testing, and Google Play testing. My goal is to identify issues early, provide clear feedback, and help developers deliver stable and user-friendly applications. My testing covers the complete user journey, including app installation, onboarding, registration and login, navigation, buttons, forms, links, menus, permissions, notifications, search, settings, core workflows, and essential features. I also check UI consistency, layout, text visibility, responsiveness, navigation flow, and user interactions across devices and screen sizes. I have experience with Android closed testing and Google Play testing, where I test apps from a real-user perspective before release. I look for crashes, freezing, unexpected behavior, broken features, incorrect navigation, visual issues, permission problems, usability concerns, and other defects that may affect the user experience. I perform regression testing after updates or bug fixes to confirm issues are resolved and functionality still works as expected. I provide clear, organized bug reports with issue titles, descriptions, steps to reproduce, expected and actual results, device and OS info, screenshots, and screen recordings when necessary. In addition to functional testing, I provide practical usability and user-experience feedback based on real interaction with the app. I pay attention to confusing workflows, unclear messages, difficult navigation, inconsistent UI behavior, and other areas where the user experience can be improved.
