My legal work with JuVa Webdesign focused on the issues that arise when creative design, software functionality, client expectations, and digital ownership meet within a single project. I supported the company in establishing clear rights before websites and other digital products were delivered. Client projects frequently involved questions about who owned layouts, graphics, written content, source files, code, domains, and customized features. I structured agreements to distinguish between transferred material, licensed components, third party technology, and intellectual property retained by JuVa Webdesign. Project changes presented another area requiring careful legal attention. Additional revisions, delayed client approvals, incomplete content, expanded specifications, payment milestones, maintenance obligations, and early cancellations were addressed through terms that clearly defined their commercial consequences. For websites involving e commerce, data collection, subscriptions, or marketing tools, I considered privacy requirements, cookies, customer terms, electronic communications, consumer disclosures, and the use of external platforms. I also reviewed arrangements with developers, designers, hosting providers, and technology vendors. When disagreements developed over unpaid invoices, ownership of completed work, missed deliverables, unauthorized copying, or continued use after termination, I determined the contractual and intellectual property rights available to JuVa Webdesign. This helped the company protect its creative output while maintaining commercially workable relationships with clients and technology partners.
